These terms explain how Kambiz Tech provides website, hosting, commerce, automation, custom AI-agent, and consulting services.
Working together
Each engagement is governed by the written proposal, statement of work, or subscription you approve. That document sets the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and any project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the project-specific document applies.
Quotes, fees, and payments
Quotes are estimates unless they say otherwise and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Deposits, invoices, renewal charges, and payment timing are set out in your approved proposal or subscription. We may pause work or services where an account is overdue.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, and legality of the content, data, accounts, and instructions you provide. You must give timely feedback and access needed for the work. You remain responsible for decisions made using your website, automations, or AI-agent outputs.
Custom AI agents and automation
We build agents and automations around agreed workflows and integrations. They can assist with repetitive tasks and information handling, but they are not a substitute for appropriate human review. You must not use them for unlawful, discriminatory, harmful, or high-risk decisions without suitable safeguards.
Intellectual property
Once all applicable fees are paid, you receive the rights stated in your project agreement for the finished deliverables. Kambiz Tech retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, code libraries, and general know-how. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
Hosting and third-party services
Hosting, payment processors, domain registrars, AI providers, and other third-party services may have their own terms, outages, limits, and fees. We take reasonable care in selecting and managing services we recommend, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or control third-party systems.
Confidentiality and liability
We treat non-public project information as confidential and use it only to provide services. To the extent permitted by law, Kambiz Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
